The maximum panel length for Porcelain splash backs is 3000mm (3 metres). Whilst the panels can be made longer, handling and installation can be challenging. This will be discussed during the measurement of the splash backs. Typically, if there is a join in the splash back this will be in line with overhead cupboards or in line with the cooktop.

The extensive range offered by Essential Porcelain allows for a choice of 12 colours, in a matt and polished finish. Purchasing Essential Porcelain from Bunnings takes the risk out the measure, delivery and installation processes. We eliminate the risk by attending your home to measure the splashback and we return with the splash back and install it.

All Porcelain supplied by Essential Porcelain, meets gas code compliance as a non-combustible material and can be placed behind gas cooktops to protect vertical surfaces.

No. An Essential Porcelain professional installer must install an Essential Porcelain Splashback.

Absolutely. The position of the power points in the Porcelain will be discussed at the time of measurement. The power points must be isolated during the installation process.

All cabinetry needs to be installed (including benchtops if they are not being supplied through Essential Stone™) plus power point locations and rangehoods installed. Once you have selected the colour from the range – visit the Special Orders counter and a request for measure and quote will be made. Contact will be made to arrange an appointment to visit your home to undertake the measure and formal quotation for your splashback.

The splashback can be fixed to cement sheet, MDF, plasterboard or concrete walls; we also require a smooth surface without any protrusions. Whilst the splashback can be directly adhered to existing tiles, this does result in loss of bench space and when the splashback is viewed side on the exposed edges giving a thick appearance – both tiles and Porcelain will be seen.

A limited 10 Year Warranty for Essential Porcelain Splashbacks covers colour delamination and workmanship. The warranty does not cover surface damage or breakage due to impact. For more detailed information download our warranty from www.essentialporcelain.com.au
